This assignment requires student to create a 90 seconds video highlighting the culture you grew up with. The video should reflect the importance of the culture towards your life and how it shapes you as the individual you are now.

I had chosen Mid-autumn festival (also called Lantern Festival or Harvest Moon Festival) as the topic of this video. This is because this festival is the closest major festival to the assignment due date.
​
Mid-autumn festival is one of the most important festival in Chinese society. Chinese has celebrated the harvest during the autumn full moon since the Shang dynasty (c. 1600–1046 BC). The celebration as a festival only started to during the early Tang dynasty (618–907 AD).
